How long will it take to create my image?
Generally it will take a maximum of 24 hours for you to view a proof of your image. Once your proof is approved your final image will be available for download.

What is a proof?
A proof is a sample image. This is uploaded to the site for you to view and choose to accept or request modifications to be completed.

Will you edit my photos and is there an extra cost?
Absolutely, I prefer you to send the unedited photographs. I will edit and resize the photo's to make them beautiful for your image. If a photo is unsuitable or does not clean up during the editing process I will contact you and let you know so you can provide another image for your order. There is no extra cost for editing.

Will you be printing and shipping orders in the future?
Yes, we will proceed to print and ship in the near future.

I have placed an order and have not heard anything back?
You must login to view your proof. No images are emailed to you and you must check on your orders progress. Once your proof is ready a notification will be sent to the email you provided upon registering letting you know your design is awaiting your approval. If you do not receive this notification you may want to check your spam folder as your email program may be filtering it.

How do I pay?
Signature Creations is only accepting payments via paypal. A quick, easy and secure online payment service. You do not need to have a paypal account to make a payment. Paypal accepts VISA & MASTERCARD in addition to a number of other Credit/Debit cards.

How do I send you photographs?
Simple, You can directly upload your photographs to Signature Creations upon placing your order. I will then download your images and start the editing process to create your design.

What if I would like changes to my image?
That is not a problem at all. Once you view your proof, if you are not happy with it and would like any changes simply click on modification request and type in a message in the box provided that you would like changes made. We will work together one on one to create the perfect image for your occasion.

Can I upload a bunch of photos for you to choose what would work best?
Absolutely, You can upload a few photos to choose from. Please keep this within moderation. In a signature there are generally 2-3 photos used so if you would like to upload 6-7 please feel free. If there is a particular photo that you feel you must have in the signature state this upon making your request so I can be sure it is added.
